We feature many vegan food items as well as raw food selections including vegan, gluten and wheat-free bakery items. We hope that you will find some time in your busy day to visit us, share a pot tea with friends, and have a nourishing, flavorful meal.

Legend tells us that tea, called the "Gift of Heaven" in China, was revealed in 2737 B.C. to Shen Nong, the second emperor of China. Known as the Divine Healer, Shen Nong found and tasted various flowers and herbs to determine their flavors and medicinal properties. One day seated by the roadside boiling water to drink, some Tea leaves mysteriously blew into the water. The rising fragrance intrigued his curiosity. Sampling the brew, he found it to possess a delightful flavor and various beneficial effects. Thus tea was born. And if Shen Nong was alive today it would take him months to sample fully all of the tea that we have to offer.
